Return and Exchange Policy

If you have any problems or concerns at all with your order, please let us know. Scent is very subjective and what may be unpleasant to one person might smell beautiful to another. We consider our oils to be like food products and cannot compromise their integrity by reselling oils that might have come in contact with foreign elements. Therefore, we can not accept returns on Oils or Aromatherapy Products unless there was an error on our part or if the merchandise is damaged. All returns for other items must be made within 30 days and will not be accepted without prior authorization. Customer must secure the product and send it back insured and at their own expense. Please call for a return authorization number which must be written on the outside of box. All returns must be packaged in the original manner and received undamaged for return credit. Credit will not be given for those items which are returned broken, damaged or are considered not to be resellable.
